I have been taking Prozac since 90. Needless to say, my chart interacts all over the place with that of Prozac. I too have a mars-neptune square, which Prozac's mars trines, indicating that it favorable affect my addictive personality. I am now in recovery, with three years of sobriety. This would not have been possible without Prozac. But I agree, Prozac is just a band-aid for a badly damaged psyche.
Prozac's sun-neptune conjunction exactly opposes my sun, showing how it chemically forced my emotional cancer nature to behave more practically, functioning within the structures of the world I live in. This has always been a challenge for me.
Prozac's pluto conjuncts my moon (12*) in scorpio, showing how intensely it affects my emotional nature, controlling its unfathomable depth.
And finally, Prozac's north node exactly conjuncts my ascendant, which means to me, that without Prozac, I would not be able to manifest myself in this world, because I would be dead.
Considering that I have a sun in cancer, moon in scorpio and pisces ascending, it's pretty clear that I don't feel particularly comfortable on the physical plane, that life is incredibly difficult to endure and that without some serious drugs I couldn't cope. I am glad that it is only Prozac which sustains me now, and gives me the illusion that I'm able to rise to the challenge of living here on earth.
