Greetings Kim.
I like your commentary on Mars in Scorpio, Kim. It's a pleasure to read an astrologer who attributes the passions of Scporpio to Mars rather than to Pluto.
You may remember me from a few weeks back when I took issue with you over your comments about a Mars-Saturn square. Today your column tells me that you have a Mars-Uranus square. You and my family certainly have some closely related energies, since I have Mars & Uranus tightly conjunct in my 8th house. Three of my four offspring have very tight hard aspects between Mars and Uranus in their natal charts. Would you consider sharing your data with me?
I was born 1930, May 9th at 12:12 noon EST in Smiths Falls Ontario.
Thanks for your marvelously clever column. All of my students here in Ottawa enjoy it too.
Marguerite Day

The only thing more incredible than what happened election night is Ms. Rogers-Gallagher's uncanny prediction. Anybody out there still doubting the effects of a retrograde mercury? or Kim's skillful interprets. |

Excellent lesson.
I am also writing to advise that I was unable to send the article to my love in South Africa (dekreek@mweb.co.za) as it came up with an error (twice) - something about "all servers not responding". You may wish to check the links.
Kindest regards and sincere thanks,

Thank you so much for your wonderful magazine. It's like the old Dell Horoscope but even better. The Cosmis Cafe is fabulous. I've got to tell you the Pluto article is exact. I've got Scorpio stuff and we just get up in people's faces. It's so delightful to push to the limit. That Pluto trine is happening to me and Hillary Clinton and lots of us old folks and it isn't in the books. It was not anticipated. Pluto would never trine itself! But here, it has happened.
But, oh, back to Pluto at the Cosmis Cafe---yes, walking down dark alleys is so much fun! |

Hi there. Awwww Kim, you never fail me! Finally found this site, and registered so I could keep reading Cosmic Cafe, and what do I find in the first paragraph...moon and Jupiter! Having a moon,Jupiter conj. in Pisces, I just couldn't believe the synchronicity...(grin). You must be a Sag....You are SOOO GOOD for the soul. Going back to the archives for a good read now. Be happy...I know you will! p.s. know what you mean about venus in 12th, have it there myself...lol. |

As a newcomer to astrology, grappling with all these new terms and concepts I found Ms. Gallagher's work refreshing , informative and humorous, number one way to help someone like me remember technicals. Presenting this information in the form of visuals - fairytale walk-me-through-this I think many more laymen/women can get a handle on these sometimes baffling intricacies of astrology. Much appreciated! |

Greetings Kim
I have been enjoying your Cosmic Cafe article since its very beginning and am looking forward to your portrayal of Saturn's feminine nature. I believe that Saturn as a male is a hangover of Saturn's rulership of Aquarius. Dare we hope that the masculine trinity (Sun-Mars-Jupiter)is soon to have its equal-but-opposite feminine counterpart (Moon-Venus-Saturn)?!
Bravo!! |

Kim has a style of writing that I think is unique for an astrologer. Her sense of humor plus a good story track enables the reader to be entertained as well as taught or reminded of the nature of the planets and signs.
