Your comments are well taken. Jupiter often seems to be present at the time of death. Perhaps it's to indicate the expansive journey that follows. There is also the wide opposition from Neptune to Saturn and the square from Uranus to the Sun. |

Aside from transiting Saturn aligning with Doug Henning's Sun, as noted in the article, I noticed something else. Doug was born with his Mercury opposite Chiron and the Moon. As the "Wounded Healer," Chiron's relationship to his Moon and Mercury indicated how Henning used communication (Mercury) to salve his own emotional wounds. His death coincided with transiting Jupiter aligns with his Mercury/Chiron/Moon axis. It seems that this, combined with transiting Pluto trining his natal Pluto, may indicate that Death was really part of his magical escape from the pain he was feeling. |
