The interpretation of the name Condoleezza is mistaken.
Being italian:
"with sweetness"
spells "Con dolcezza"
as sweet = dolce
not dolee.
Dolee is more like "dole" which
means "pain" to condole,lament
con doleezza= con dole
with pain , lamenting
Furthermore my understanding is
that she was on the board of Exxon-which is an important fact
in the picture
