I have been enjoying your articles since you first started posting them on www.StarIQ.com, but this is my first response. I suggest to you that possibly transiting Neptune at the far midpoint of the USA Mars/ Neptune square is speaking more loudly on this issue than Pluto. Also of interest are the quincunxes that are being made to USA natal planets by the transiting planets. If transiting Pluto is affecting natal Neptune, and I believe that it is, it's not by the 4th harmonic but by the 9th. The symbolism of 9 -- endings on one level in preparation for advancement to another level-- fits what's occurring at this time.
