In my opinion Uranus discovered in 1781 represents democracy, freedom and individuality. Uranus represents all the values of the Enlightment, the Encyclopedia, the Declaration of Independence, the Rights of Man.
Neptune planet of dreams and fantasy could represent the ideals of a paradise on Earth according to The Capital published in 1848 two years after the discovery of this new planet,
