Thanks for this article. I've been thinking a lot about Pluto in Capricorn for my astrology-for- business blog at http://astro4business.com/. I think one of Pluto's main functions in whatever sign it is transiting is to bring to the surface whatever is losing energy and needs to die. But I've also seen that what is reborn comes from the ashes of what died, whether banks, business, or political systems. So I don't think the age of capitalism is over yet, just being reconstituted for a while. |

“While the current economic crisis and the Obama Administration have turned the government in a different direction, we are still reluctant to have a serious discussion about capitalism. “
Oh really – the Obama Administration has turned the government in a different direction? Not from where I stand. This week their proposal to expand the powers of the Federal Reserve and make them the “oversight” to big banks is just not criminal it’s ludicrous. The Federal Reserve is a private Corporation!!! AND caused the economic crisis we are now experiencing. AND Obama’s biggest contributions came from the financial sector.
A serious discussion needs to start with who the Federal Reserve is, why they exist and what they are planning for our future. This isn’t about the “C” word, unless that means CORPURTION. The Federal Reserve has never been audited; no one in governing positions knows where the taxpayers’ money has gone and if Obama is the “change” agent he so professed during his campaign, then HE should be talking about auditing the Federal Reserve and supporting the bills moving through Congress and the Senate to do just that.
Nothing will ever change in this country until the monetary policy changes and private bankers – who create money out of thin air and then tax us for interest - are removed from running our economy.
